Barracuda is more than a component view of creating Web presentations. One of its more intriguing aspects is the modular nature of the packaging of the complete Barracuda solution.
Barracuda was designed to fulfill a set of commonly needed runtime capabilities that reduce the need for low-level architecture definition and development. Figure 13.1 generalizes the places where Barracuda offers support during the round trip of an HTTP request and subsequent response.
