Abstract
The enterprise business intelligence and data warehousing (EBI/EDW) program manager is the individual chartered with leading his or her organization through the planning, architecting, constructing, deploying, and operating an enterprise-scale BI/DW initiative. Successful leadership of an initiative begins with the right individual in the properly defined role, and this chapter presents how an organization’s program manager position should be defined.
