Your successful SharePoint ECM solution will have a large dependency on the ECM team that orchestrates its design and deployment. Up to this point, we have focused mainly on the structural and technical building blocks of the ECM solution. Equally, if not more importantly, the people who work together on the project will ultimately decide the heights of its success or the depths of its failure.
