Putting together the pieces of SharePoint to deploy an ECM solution can be overwhelming. There are three primary aspects we advise you to remember so that you can minimize the daunting nature of the project. First and most important is the ECM team that is formed; together you will be able to collectively take on the various complexities and pressures of the project.
