As the process and methodologies being applied at the workplace started evolving, the roles and the compositions of the teams also started changing. The operations teams were challenged with matching up with the demands of the transformation in the organization. New skills needed to be developed and new approaches had to be defined. Even though it was not an easy thing to do, many of the staff members were up for the challenge and started putting serious efforts toward staying relevant.
