It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Executive Overview
A common mistake made in many organizations is to start their enterprise integration architecture activity with a clean sheet of paper. This is neither feasible nor desirable in almost any situation. The current architecture, whether efficient or not, is the starting point for any activity.
