Case Study
The intention of this book is to provide a highly practical guide, relating the work as much as possible to the real-life environment and experiences of the readers. It therefore draws on as many case studies as possible. Some case studies are small one-off affairs, usually drawn from real examples that the authors have encountered across many different industry sectors. However much of the case study material has been consolidated into a single fictional case study: Intergalactic Banking and Financial Services Inc (IBFS).
