The Enterprise Unified Process (EUP) extends the RUP with two new phases: Production and Retirement.
The EUP adds the Operations and Support discipline to the RUP.
The EUP adds seven enterprise management disciplines—enterprise business modeling, portfolio management, enterprise architecture, strategic reuse, people management, enterprise administration, and software process improvement—that address cross-system issues.
