In Part 2 of this book, you worked through a feasibility analysis using customer discovery and business model validation. These were important tests to determine whether to move forward with your business concept. Assuming your concept passed the feasibility test — you have a solution customers want and you have a business model that works — you can now look into what it takes to operate and grow your business. We do that through a business plan.
In this chapter, you learn that writing a business plan is a big undertaking, in large part because you need to address your many stakeholders’ interests. For all stakeholders, two things must be true:
