“Right tool for the right job” doesn’t apply anymore.
Designing experiences for mixed reality is an expedition into the unknown. You can’t possibly know all the right tools and gear to bring along ahead of time. And we need to be fine with that. It’s just too new of a design field to immediately get the best way to proceed at any particular time. The only thing we know for sure is it takes a willingness to experiment, learn from our failures, and then get back into the action by trying some off the wall ideas to keep things moving.
