Creating an engagement cycle for your content is incredibly difficult. Most smaller businesses never even try to tackle it at all. But it’s important … very important.

DOES ANYONE CARE ABOUT YOUR SALES PROCESS?

Simply put, the engagement cycle is a combination of your internal sales process and how you have defined the customer’s buying cycle. If your goal is to (try to) deliver the right content at the right time for your customers and subscribers, you need to understand how both work together in harmony.
