Abstract
Increasing interest in thermoelectric energy generation for the direct conversion of thermal gradients into electrical power has intensified the search for new thermoelectric materials with enhanced conversion efficiency. The main challenge in improving the efficiency of the thermoelectric generation process is to independently control the electronic and thermal material properties. Furthermore, due to the presence of extensive waste heat at elevated temperatures in many applications areas, high chemical and structural stability of thermoelectric materials at high temperatures is an important requirement. ...
