A Design Approach to IDEA
If systems can be redesigned, then it makes sense to use a human-centered design (HCD) approach to achieving more equitable outcomes. At Brevity & Wit, we cross-pollinate HCD with behavior change principles to make this approach more effective for IDEA challenges. Doing so allows us to help clients from various industries expand IDEA beyond the realm of human resources. Also, by incorporating the principles of behavior change management, we apply what we know about human behavior and organizational development to solutions so that they can scale across an organization rather than languish as well-intended but ineffective efforts.
