I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

| Hugo: | That's a good area to discuss. An essential element in the success of a design group is the EDA support staff. It administers the EDA design system with its tool licenses, libraries, computer, upgrades, and backup support.
In any company, there is a significant learning curve for new people. There is a need for job satisfaction and incentive for experienced people. The company needs to cross-train people. If one person leaves, that should not remove the only knowledge about a particular area or tool. Most EDA staff members want to work with the newest tools—to develop, test, or use them.
