Overview of Memory Chips

Memory chips are among the most plentiful kind of chips, making up a big part of semiconductor shipments and sales around the world. They're produced and sold by the millions and nearly every electronic item that has any kind of chip in it has at least one memory chip as well. Computers are the biggest users of memory chips.
