Chapter 11. Putting It All Together
I began this book by describing the principles of leadership that I strongly believe that all leaders need to be guided by. Then in the context chapters I brought in those principles that have a special importance in each context—though I made it clear that all the principles operate in each context, but in different proportions.
In this last chapter, I come full-circle back to the principles and relate them to context in a more general way. Whereas in the context chapters I brought in selected principles, here I will restate the principles and then tell you more about how I think they relate to context.
The chapter ends with some final thoughts about leadership that I want to share with you.
