Intermediate Skeleton Setup

Now that we have gone through the major joints and the proper placement, alignment, and hierarchy, we need to take a look at two more things: joint orient and joint rotation order. These are all aspects of creating the total single-skeleton package. The joint orients set up the direction of movement and the rotation order sets up the proper order of movement.
