Chapter 13. Enterprise Phone Apps
Much of this book has focused on building apps for the general consumer. Prior to Windows Phone 8, you could build enterprise or internal applications, but you had to certify and deliver them through the public phone store. This was less than preferable for most organizations that didn’t want to have to go through the store to install applications onto phones. There were some odd workarounds to make apps for just the employees of an organization, but they are not required any longer.
