Company Culture: The Cornerstone of Success
What Do We Mean by the Term “Company Culture”?
Every company has something unique. Although you might be able to find so many companies out there operating in the same industry, in the same niche, and even selling the same products, it is very important to understand that each one of them is unique in a very unique way. And this very unique way is called “company culture.”
So, how can we define what company culture is? I found recently a very indicative definition which I give you here:
