CHAPTER 3: PREPARATION FOR THE CERTIFICATION PROCESS
An entity (applicant) can apply for Europrivacy certification either via the Europrivacy website1, where they will be matched with a consulting company, or directly to a consulting company. It is important to note that an applicant cannot use any consulting company – they must use one that is deemed Europrivacy qualified. Europrivacy maintains a list of qualified consulting companies2 on its website, which is available for anyone to view.
