Counting Hard, Soft, and Fuzzy Benefits
You can make your evaluations more accurate and plausible by considering additional benefits and costs, especially intangible ones. In your quest for additional benefits to include in your calculations, consider three types of benefits: hard, soft, and fuzzy (figure 8-1).
