It’s down to you
Every one of us has a role and a responsibility in driving social change, not just in the workplace, but in our communities and society in general. We have a choice: we can look on from the side lines and shake our heads disapprovingly at the actions of others that negatively impact belonging; or we can step in and commit to being part of a movement that will create a change in society that is well overdue. This chapter will include:
