APPENDIX 7: DOCUMENT REVIEW ANDCONTROL PROCEDURE
General
The business continuity management system (BCMS) includes documents and spreadsheet files (referred to as documents).
All documents in the BCMS, including those that may be used in the event of any activation of the business continuity plan (BCP) are given a version and a version date within the file name (e.g. P 5.06 Telephone Threat Summary V1.0 31Oct07).
This information is embodied within documents by way of the document control box:
