Research Methodology
Introduction
The methodological approach used for the research was designed to fit the nature of the research, which is exploratory and inductive. The philosophical orientation of the research has elements that are phenomenological and constructivist; however, it predominantly draws from practice theory and structuration theory. This is appropriate given the relative uncertainty surrounding the theoretical constructs under investigation that the research seeks to understand, explain, and enhance.
