The Configure and Manage High Availability domain relates to failover clustering and the live migration of virtual machines.
A failover cluster, as you know, is a group of two or more computers that work together to help ensure the availability of a service or application. (In Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2012 R2, clustered services and applications are known as roles.)
