The trend of more and more people working remotely is clearly on the rise. Convenience and cost reduction are just two reasons for this trend. Providing employees with permanent office space, including desks, PCs, telephones, and ancillary support is very expensive, especially when located in a city center. In 2016, the Department of Labor in the USA reported that 22% of the workforce work away from the office or are willing to work from home on a regular basis.
