Most devices shipped with Windows 10 are supplied with a single physical disk that is configured with one volume that holds the operating system and user data. If the device is a tablet or ultra-book, the hard drive will probably be of the solid-state drive (SSD) or smaller mSATA form factor drive type, which provides very high disk read/write performance and is often sealed in the device to reduce the size.
