Tracking Solutions
The second group of collaborative applications is tracking solutions. Tracking solutions provide the functionality that you might expect—they track stuff. Business has always required the capability to record events, documentation, conversations, and actions for future reference. Tracking solutions, as shown in Figure 2.2, help to accomplish these goals.
