When creating a collaborative system, you often need to receive input into the system. This input can take many forms, and in the context of Outlook and Exchange, it is often in the form of an email message. Even with custom Outlook forms, though, email isn't always the best method for submitting information, and other methods must be found. The submission of files is a commonly chosen root, using TEXT, RTF, or binary files to upload a set of data as one item.
