Chapter 10. Outlook Web Access

Exchange and its client Outlook are often treated as a single product, but there is another potential client interface into this mail and collaboration system. This other interface, known as Outlook Web Access (OWA), provides a view of Exchange that is completely Web based. This Web view, the benefits of which are discussed throughout this chapter, can play a role in the use and development of your company's collaborative systems. This chapter discusses that role and how you can take advantage of it with the following topics:

  • Overview of OWA

  • Converting Outlook forms for use in OWA

  • Customizing and adding to OWA
