Converting Outlook Forms for Use in OWA
A very useful feature of OWA is that in addition to the standard forms (Email, Contact), you can make your custom Outlook forms available on the Web. This is very useful because you can easily port the same functionality from your Outlook based application to an application on the Web. The actual conversion occurs using a tool called Microsoft Outlook HTML Form Converter. This tool can take an installed form (from the Outlook form libraries) or a form that has been saved to disk as a template (an .OFT file) and turn it into a set of ASP files that are used by OWA to display items intended to use the original Outlook form.
