Deployment
After you have designed your dashboard, a critical issue is determining how you will get it out to the users. This isn't really an issue if you are working on a dashboard for yourself, so this section is aimed at corporate or workgroup development.
When deploying a digital dashboard, you need to worry about the following three things:
Setting the required Folder Home Page/Outlook Today options for each user.
Making the HTML files available to every user.
Making the Exchange content available (folders for shared contacts, documents, and so on).
Ensuring that the entire dashboard can go offline and be used by a roaming user.
