The business arena has risks, opportunities, dangers, and dead-ends that can make any leader flinch. Not surprisingly, dealing with organizational change and dilemmas is not for the faint-hearted. Coaches are colleagues to executives at exactly those times when leaders may flinch, fight back, dig in, or react in an unpredictable manner.
