Troika Editions was founded in 2009. The brainchild of photographer Michael Walter and me, it grew out of our deep personal interest in art photography and our very practical need to find an alternative business to our press agency. Michael had studied print making at the Slade and I had begun my working life in a print gallery but we had both subsequently moved into journalism where our paths crossed when working at The Press Association.
