WHAT'S A SIMULATION? That's a fair question! The universe of learning simulations is expanding rapidly. So much so that the word simulation has, confusingly, come to suggest vastly different things to different people. To help orient you, we feel it's useful to describe the characteristics of simulations within our corner of this growing universe:
