Ask me about my biggest career foible and I’ll usually respond with the clichéd “There are no regrets, only lessons.”
But that’s not entirely true. There will always be one career decision I made—one that altered the course of my life quite significantly—that I often come back to. Part “that was a terrible decision” and part “wow, I can’t believe I survived that.”
