The first step to publishing your Delphi Android is to create a Google Play developer account on the developer.android.com website.
Make sure that you have all required artwork properly configured in your Project Options. Select the Application node and in the Target combo choose All configurations - Android platform. Configure your graphical assets, pointing each type of artwork to the right file.
