Advanced Tuning Techniques
When I first planned out this book I imagined that this chapter would be a lot longer than it is. In truth, most of the advanced techniques that I use in SQL tuning have already been addressed in earlier chapters. I just have a couple of educational, if obscure, cases to run through.
