Create Custom Transformation
This chapter shows you how to create a custom transformation for the data flow. Compared to the custom task, this is slightly more difficult because there are more methods and more points to address. To keep things comprehensible, you will be using the row number script that you saw in the Script Component chapters. A very basic transformation, but easy to extend with all the bells and whistles that you can find on the various blogs and forums.
