By now, you’ve probably gained some Facebook friends. We hope you’ve also started sharing with them by posting statuses, photos and links, and you’re seeing your News Feed fill up with much of the same. All that is great, but as you share certain things, you may find yourself thinking, “Only people from work will care about this article” or “Really, only the people in my book club will find this funny.” What you need is a designated space to hold these conversations. A group creates this space by fostering interactions with a specific group of people, almost as though you were sitting in the same room.
