9. Group Dynamics
Most of the interactions covered so far in this book have been between people who already know each other. But there’s a whole big Facebook world out there beyond your Friends list, and Facebook’s Groups are the common areas—the cafés and clubs, if you will—where you can mix with people you don’t know yet, and maybe get to be friends with them eventually.
Facebook’s Groups are also useful for enabling communications among subsets of your Friends list, or tracking down old friends you haven’t yet connected with on Facebook.
