The Facilitator Knows What Move to Make Next by Paying Attention
Transformative facilitation involves making just ten moves. Facilitators need to make these moves, however, not in any straightforward or predefined order or rhythm, but as and when each move is needed, moment by moment. To do this effectively, facilitators need to pay attention to what is going on in and around the group and in themselves.
