Facilitating Alignment

Getting a group of people on the same page.

People do not naturally align on, commit to, or buy into goals and outcomes that they do not feel they have a stake in. This is a big risk for leaders or Product Owners who have a vision and define a goal in isolation and then expect everyone to follow it.

In addition to working toward a vision, Scrum Teams have other things to align on, such as how to work together or how to collaborate with their stakeholders.
