Facilitating Beyond a Single Scrum Team
So far, we have mainly focused on facilitation practices for one Scrum Team and its stakeholders. However, for various reasons, a facilitator might be helping a group larger than a single Scrum Team. For example, people from different teams might come together to learn about a specific topic, or teams might need to address the dependencies between them.
In this chapter, we explore facilitation beyond a single Scrum Team. Facilitators can also use some of these techniques with one Scrum Team.
