Setting the Stage for Learning

Taking the time and giving attention to “setting the stage” before a training delivery is the single most effective thing you can do as a facilitator to influence the tone of your learning experiences. Setting the stage includes all the expectation setting and rallying around a course experience that you do before coming together in a formal learning environment.
