The Art of Feedback

Feedback is the flow of information from one person to another about how useful or successful a process, a behavior, or an action is (ATD 2019). During any training or talent development program, learners need to receive feedback regarding their progress to help with their behavioral change. This means we need to understand the feedback techniques that help participants in our programs see whether they are learning and progressing.
