Management Training Skills
By now you've picked up that I care a great deal about how we train managers. As the engines for our organizations, they deserve effective development that doesn't waste their precious time.
Being a management trainer is important and rewarding work, and I applaud you for dedicating your time and energy to that endeavor. To be sure, it's not the career for everyone. When we hit a grand-slam home run in our training, we make a significant contribution to the organization. When we fail to deliver value for the time and resources we spend (ours and our learners'), we lose an important opportunity.
