Latin-American market is always challenging because of their different countries, languages, laws; and although commercial needs are quite similar the way to do business is very particular in each country, something that I as a Business Administration professional learned to managed and prepare myself to get a postgraduate in project management. In the upcoming years I served different types of corporations giving and receiving learning to implement and properly improve the Facilities Management model.

With more than 400 million square feet under formal Facilities Management in the market in the region provides a diverse portfolio such as commercial, technology, corporate, retail and logistics, managed by a small group of Real Estate firms. The consolidation of FM is giving us the opportunity to expand the business and orchestrate the adaptation of Facilities Management in a well-prepared premises managed by qualified professionals.

For 13 years I managed the Microsoft Central America and the Caribbean portfolio to create Facilities Management processes including: setting Service Level Agreement’s and Key Performance Indicator’s, measuring performance and analyzing the data to implement budget control while satisfying customer experience and act as a Subject Matter Expert in Occupancy and Project Management for the LatAm (Latin American) region.
