I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Organizational and Operational Issues to Support WFM
ESSENTIAL TO THE TASK and a rewarding challenge of deploying WFM is understanding what changes you need to make to the organization that supports launching the compressed production system. Unfortunately, this cannot happen without some discomfort to some people in the organization. The motives and intent of the plant manager will be seriously questioned, if not actively challenged, by those who lack an understanding of the kind of radical change that must occur. And as the process evolves, communication will be critical to your success. But even then there is no guarantee that buy-in is going to come close to a level of universal acceptance.
