Increasing Efficiency
In 2016, I wrote a book called Doing the Right Things Right: How the Effective Executive Spends Time. The subject matter explored the intersection between doing things effectively (doing the right things) and doing things efficiently (doing them right). It doesn’t matter how fast you complete a project if it’s the wrong project; you must do both the right thing and do it right, or productivity suffers.
This can be harder than you think, because it requires a steady hand on the rudder and a clear eye on the horizon.
